A Family Fueled by Passion, Driven by Adventure.

Offroad Motorcycle Adventures Portugal is a family-run business driven by a passion for motorcycles, off-road adventures, and the stunning Alentejo region of Portugal.

After years in the global automotive industry, I decided it was time to take a different path—one that followed my heart and turned my love for off-road motorcycle riding into something more. As a native Portuguese, Porto Covo has been my home away from home for decades.

Riding isn’t just a hobby—it’s part of our family DNA. From my partner Sabina on her quad, to our three kids, aged 9 to 27, who have been riding since they were young, off-road adventures are a way of life.

For decades, we’ve explored the hidden trails of Porto Covo, blending surf, sun, and dirt bikes. Now, we’re thrilled to share this passion with you. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or new to off-road, join us to experience the magic of Alentejo, family-style.

Where We Are

Porto Covo is a small fishing village known for its picturesque surroundings and a string of stunning beaches. While it’s a popular holiday destination, it retains a remote and peaceful vibe, far removed from the busier Algarve. This makes it an ideal spot for those seeking a quieter, more intimate connection with nature.

The coastline here is part of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, offering pristine landscapes, rugged cliffs, and some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. Whether you’re relaxing by the sea or preparing for a day of off-road adventure, Porto Covo’s charm sets the perfect stage.

Located midway between Lisbon (1.5 hrs) and Faro airports (2 hrs), Porto Covo is easily accessible and perfectly situated for exploring the Alentejo region. The weather here is one of the reasons we love it so much—it’s fantastic for off-road riding!

  • Mild Winters: The climate remains comfortable year-round, making this a great destination for winter riders.

  • Cool Summers: Even in the height of summer, the cool sea breeze keeps the temperatures pleasant, especially along the coast.
